Notice of Availability of Proposed Low Effect Habitat Conservation Plan for Washington Department of Natural Resources' Commercial Geoduck Fishery

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is seeking public comment on a proposed 50-year incidental take permit for the Washington Department of Natural Resources' (WDNR) Commercial Geoduck Fishery in Puget Sound and the Strait of Juan de Fuca, which includes a habitat conservation plan that may be considered low-impact.
