FSIS Requests Renewal of Egg Products HACCP and Sanitation SOPs Information Collection

The US Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is seeking to extend the approval of its information collection related to egg products HACCP and sanitation procedures until January 31, 2028, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and OMB regulations.
