SEC Issues Correction to Concept Release on IFRS Financial Statements for U.S. Issuers

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has released a concept to allow U.S. companies to prepare their financial statements according to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The SEC is correcting a previous version of the document to update the incorrect website links.
