U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Reopens Public Comment Period for Polar Bear Listing

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is reopening the public comment period for the proposed rule to list the polar bear as threatened throughout its range, following the release of new data and reports from the United States Geological Survey, and will consider these reports in its final listing determination.
