HUD Office of Hearings and Appeals Conforming Amendments; and Technical Correction to Part 15 Regulations

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has finalized a rule revising its regulations to reflect the transfer of contract-related functions to the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals, as mandated by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2006. The new Office of Hearings and Appeals will oversee nonprocurement functions, and the rule also includes a technical correction to HUD's Freedom of Information Act regulations.
