HRSA Publishes Final Guidance on FTCA Coverage for Health Center Program Grantees Responding to Emergencies

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) has released a final policy guidance document to clarify when Health Center Program grantees are covered under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) while responding to emergencies.
