EPA Extends Deferral of 8-Hour Ozone Standard for Denver Early Action Compact

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended the deferral of the effective date of the 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) designation for the Denver Early Action Compact (EAC) from September 14, 2007 to November 20, 2007, following ongoing settlement discussions with the parties involved.
