HUD Announces Funding Opportunity for Brownfields Economic Development Initiative for Fiscal Year 2007

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is offering grants to support brownfields economic development projects, with the goal of stimulating local economic growth and returning contaminated sites to productive use, as part of its Brownfields Economic Development Initiative (BEDI) program for Fiscal Year 2007.
