Withdrawal of Funds for Maternal-Child Health Education Support at Kabul Medical University

The US Department of Health and Human Services has withdrawn a sole source award of funds for medical education and training at Kabul Medical University and the Rabia Balkhi Women's Hospital, announced in the Federal Register in 2007.
