Changes to SSI Reduced Benefit Rate for Individuals in Medical Treatment Facilities

The Social Security Administration has updated its rules to reflect changes made by the Balanced Budget Act of 1997, which affect the payment of benefits to individuals with Supplemental Security Income (SSI) who reside in private medical treatment facilities.
