EPA Requests Renewal of UIC Program Through OMB Review Process

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting renewal of its Underground Injection Control (UIC) Program through the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval. The renewal is in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA), and the EPA is seeking public comment on the proposed collection.
