Selection of Eligible Countries for Fiscal Year 2008 Report

The U.S. government has released a report to Congress detailing the selection of eligible countries for fiscal year 2008, as mandated by the Millennium Challenge Act of 2003. The report is a requirement under Section 608(b) of the Act.
