EPA Proposes Revision to Missouri State Implementation Plan

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the Missouri State Implementation Plan (SIP), which will require a preconstruction review period for new construction projects and amend the Construction Permits By Rule, in order to fulfill a previously-approved condition from 2006.
