EPA Approves Missouri State Implementation Plan Revision

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to the Missouri State Implementation Plan (SIP), which includes new requirements for preconstruction reviews and amends the Construction Permits By Rule, in order to meet a previously published approval condition from July 11, 2006.
