Notice of Availability of Final PEA and FONSI for Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative

The U.S. Department of State has made available a Final Programmatic Environmental Assessment (PEA) and a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI) in the Land and Sea Environments. The documents address potential environmental impacts and determine that the proposed travel documents will not have a significant impact on the quality of the human environment.
