EPA Approves Ohio's Revised Air Quality Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Ohio's request to amend its State Implementation Plan (SIP) emission statement reporting regulation, which was submitted in 2006 and revised in 2007, following a public hearing in 2005.
