EPA Proposes Approval of Ohio's Revised Air Quality Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Ohio's request to amend its State Implementation Plan (SIP) emission statement reporting regulation, which aims to align the state's rules with the Clean Air Act requirements for stationary sources in nonattainment counties.
