Washington State Laboratories Exempt from CLIA Requirements Until 2013

The State of Washington has granted exemptions to laboratories licensed under its Medical Test Site Licensure Law from the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 until September 28, 2013, for laboratories located within the state.
