Buffalo & Pittsburgh Railroad, Inc. to Acquire Rail Line from Norfolk Southern Railway Company

The Surface Transportation Board has granted a petition by Buffalo & Pittsburgh Railroad, Inc. to acquire a 24.6-mile rail line from Norfolk Southern Railway Company, subject to employee protective conditions, under the exemption provisions of 49 U.S.C. 10502.
