International Securities Exchange, LLC Files Proposed Rule Change to Eliminate Position and Exercise Limits for Options on the Russell 2000 Index

International Securities Exchange, LLC has filed a proposed rule change with the SEC to eliminate position and exercise limits for options on the Russell 2000 Index, and to specify that certain reduced-value options on broad-based security indexes have no position and exercise limits.
