Transportation of Hazardous Materials on Aircraft: Revised Regulations

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) has revised the regulations for transporting hazardous materials, including compressed oxygen and chemical oxygen generators, on aircraft, effective October 1, 2008, after initially delaying the effective date from October 1, 2007.
