Revision and Reformatting of Requirements for the Authorization To Use International Transport Standards and Regulations; Correction

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) has corrected errors in a 2007 rule revising hazardous materials regulations, which were based on international transport standards and regulations. The rule, published on May 3, 2007, aimed to consolidate requirements for the safe transport of hazardous goods by air, sea, and land.
