OSM Submits Information Collection Requests for Review and Approval

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSM) has submitted information collection requests for review and approval by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) regarding procedures and criteria for state program submissions and general reclamation requirements, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
