FMCSA Issues Final Rule to Update Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has released a final rule to correct technical errors and improve clarity in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, while maintaining the current substantive content of the regulations, following its relocation to a new address in 2007.
