PHMSA Requests Public Comments on Underwater Inspection Information Collection with Corrected Annual Cost Estimate

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is seeking public comments on an existing information collection for underwater periodic inspections, following a correction to the notice published in the Federal Register on September 11, 2007, which contained an incorrect annual cost estimate.
