VA Proposes Revisions to Payment Rules for Beneficiaries Eligible for Multiple Benefits

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is proposing to simplify its rules for payments to beneficiaries who are eligible for more than one benefit, as part of a broader effort to modernize its compensation and pension rules.
