Environmental Impact Statement Planned for Crenshaw-Prairie Transit Corridor Project in Los Angeles

The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) plan to create an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Crenshaw-Prairie Transit Corridor Project, a proposed 10-mile transit improvement project in Los Angeles, California. The project will assess the environmental effects of the improvements within a 10-mile area spanning five jurisdictions, including residential, commercial, and industrial areas.
