Federal Transit Administration and Valley Metro Rail to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement and Section 4(f) Evaluation for High-Capacity Transit Improvements on I-10 in Arizona

The Federal Transit Administration and Valley Metro Rail are planning to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement and Section 4(f) Evaluation for proposed high-capacity transit improvements, including light rail and bus rapid transit, along Interstate 10 in Phoenix and Tolleson, Arizona, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act.
