EPA Proposes Rule to Update Acquisition Regulation for Award Term Incentives

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to amend its Acquisition Regulation to add new policies and procedures for using award term incentives, making two administrative changes to the regulation, including designating the General Services Board of Contract Appeals as the new forum for appeals under the Contract Disputes Act of 1978.
