EPA Approves Pennsylvania's Carbon Monoxide Maintenance Plan Update

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve the State of Pennsylvania's plan to establish a limited maintenance plan for carbon monoxide in Philadelphia County, effective from 2007 to 2017, as part of the State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision.
