Interim Regulatory Changes Regarding Department of Homeland Security Personnel System

The Merit Systems Protection Board is revising its regulations to clarify procedures for processing and adjudication of Department of Homeland Security personnel cases under the new human resources management system established by the Homeland Security Act of 2002. These revisions address discrepancies between the Board's regulations and final regulations published by DHS and OPM on February 1, 2005.
