EPA Reissues NPDES General Permits for Sewage Sludge Disposal in Region 8

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 8 is reissuing general permits for facilities that generate, treat, and dispose of sewage sludge through land application, landfill, and surface disposal in Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, Wyoming, and parts of Utah and South Dakota, with an effective date of October 19, 2007.
