Finger Lakes Railway Corp. Granted Exemption to Acquire Control of Ontario Central Railroad Corp.

The Surface Transportation Board has granted an exemption to Finger Lakes Railway Corp. to acquire control of Ontario Central Railroad Corp. by purchasing 81.05% of its outstanding shares, allowing the Class III rail carrier to expand its operations in New York.
