EPA Comments on Draft Environmental Impact Statements and Regulations

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has expressed environmental concerns regarding several draft environmental impact statements and regulations, including the James A. Fitzpatrick Nuclear Power Plant license renewal and the Lake Umbagog National Wildlife Refuge comprehensive conservation plan, while not objecting to the Placer Parkway Corridor Preservation Project.
