Pueblo of Tesuque Liquor Control Ordinance Takes Effect on January 1, 2024

The Pueblo of Tesuque Liquor Control Ordinance, a new regulation, will allow the tribal government to control liquor distribution and possession within the Pueblo of Tesuque Indian Reservation, generating revenue and strengthening tribal services. The Ordinance will come into effect on January 1, 2024.
