EPA Issues Control Techniques Guidelines for Paper, Film, and Foil Coatings, Metal Furniture Coatings, and Large Appliance Coatings

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has determined that control techniques guidelines for these product categories will be as effective as national regulations in reducing volatile organic compounds, and is issuing guidelines in lieu of regulations for paper, film, and foil coatings, metal furniture coatings, and large appliance coatings.
