EPA Approves Pennsylvania's Plan to Reduce Ozone Pollution in Erie Area

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a plan submitted by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) to redesignate the Erie 8-hour ozone nonattainment area as an attainment area, ensuring the area meets the 8-hour ozone standard for at least 10 years.
