EPA Approves South Carolina's Revised Clean Air Interstate Rule Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to South Carolina's State Implementation Plan (SIP) that incorporate provisions related to the Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR), which aims to reduce sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide emissions in the state, as submitted on August 14, 2007.
