EPA Transfers PCB Cleanup Program to Office of Solid Waste and Emergency Response

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is transferring the management of the polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) cleanup program and most of the PCB disposal program from the Office of Prevention, Pesticides and Toxic Substances to the Office of Solid Waste and Emergency Response, effective after the completion of an administrative transfer.
