EPA Announces Sodium Fluoride Risk Assessment and Public Comment Period

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made available a risk assessment for the pesticide Sodium Fluoride, along with related documents, and is soliciting public comments and proposals to address the identified risks. The EPA is also conducting a Reregistration Eligibility Decision (RED) process, which involves a 4-phase public participation program to ensure all pesticides meet current health and safety standards.
