NOAA to Evaluate Coastal Management Programs and National Estuarine Research Reserves

The NOAA Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management (OCRM) plans to assess the performance of the Grand Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, the Alabama Coastal Management Program, and the Virgin Islands Coastal Management Program, as required by the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972 and regulations.
