The Office of the Secretary of Transportation (OTS) has submitted a comment request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval, seeking public input on a proposal to purchase branch office(s) and/or transfer assets and liabilities, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
