USDA Declines to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Sandy Urban Fish Pond/Park Project in Salt Lake County, UT

The Natural Resources Conservation Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, has issued a notice stating that an environmental impact statement will not be prepared for the Sandy Urban Fish Pond/Park Project in Salt Lake County, Utah, as it does not meet the requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and relevant regulations.
