National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Extends Comment Period for Marine Mammal Permitting Regulations

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is extending the public comment period for proposed rule changes to its regulations governing permits for scientific research and conservation activities involving marine mammals, originally set to close on November 13, 2007, and now due to be reconsidered.
