FAA Adopts New Airworthiness Directive for Airbus A310 Series Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Airbus Model A310 series airplanes, requiring revisions to the Airworthiness Limitations Section of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness to address new limitations for fuel tank systems, in an effort to prevent potential fuel tank explosions and loss of the airplane.
