Unblocking of Specially Designated Narcotics Trafficker Pursuant to Executive Order 12978

The US Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control has unblocked the assets of four individuals, previously blocked under Executive Order 12978, which was issued on October 21, 1995, to combat significant narcotics trafficking.
