EPA Extends Comment Period for NESHAP Standards for Hazardous Waste Combustors

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the comment period for the NESHAP standards for hazardous waste combustors until November 27, 2007, in response to recent court opinions questioning the legality of some of the standards.
