BNP Petroleum Corporation Submits Plan of Operations for Drilling and Production in Padre Island National Seashore

BNP Petroleum Corporation has submitted a plan to drill and produce oil in Padre Island National Seashore, Texas, in accordance with federal regulations, and the National Park Service has prepared an environmental assessment and floodplain and wetland statements of findings for the proposal.
