U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Requests Public Comment on Proposed Revision to Form I-539

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is seeking public comment on a proposed revision to Form I-539, which is used for extension of stay and change of status for non-immigrant aliens, as part of its ongoing efforts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of its information collection activities.
