U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Announces Recovery Plan for Endangered Rota Bridled White-eye

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has made available a recovery plan for the critically endangered Rota Bridled White-eye, a bird species native to the island of Rota in the Northern Mariana Islands, which was listed as endangered in 2004.
